Meet the Doctor
Dr Wiesel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he received numerous accolades and awards for clinical excellence.
Immediately after he participated in a Hospital based surgical residency program at Jersey City Medical Center of NJ.
Dr Wiesel entered private practice for a brief period prior to enrolling into Temple University School of Dental Medicine’s Graduate Prosthodontic Program.
He was awarded a post doctoral specialty certificate in Prosthodontics.
Prosthodontics is the specialty of dentistry that deals with complex oral rehabilitation of compromised dentitions. It also encompasses treatment of traumatized oral conditions, congenital dental situations as well as advanced wear of patients teeth. Not every case need to be of this complex nature, as Dr Wiesel also provides expert care for patients in need of ‘smile make overs’ with esthetic crown and bridge, veneers bonding and various implant therapies. All of which are key components of Dr Wiesel’s practice.
Dr Wiesel has been in private practice in Linwood (South Jersey) for nearly the past 35 years.
He also is a clinical instructor at the UPSDM in both the honors program as well as in Graduate Prosth program.
Dr Wiesel’s field of expertise ranges from all form of rehabilitative and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on complex esthetic dental challenges.

Dr Wiesel is the author of 5 United States and International Patents.
He is regarded as an international expert on Tooth Whitening procedures and techniques.
He has developed and credited via several patents the original ‘strip’ technology as well as the companion therapy that is utilized by many manufacturers in today’s oral care companies.
Dr Wiesel has gone onto to consulting and licensing some of his proprietary technologies to major Fortune 500 companies
Dr Wiesel has several new patents that are pending and he continues to innovate and collaborate in this field as well as in the field of implant dentistry with leading Doctors and Corporations from around the world.

Meet the Professor
Dr Wiesel is a member of the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
He is a clinical faculty instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry.
His responsibilities focus on the Graduate Department of Prosthodontics where he overseas the resident classes for their 3 year Post Doctoral Residency. He provides his expert guidance and knowledge in the subjects, topics and techniques that help the residents achieve their goal of becoming Board Qualified Prosthodontists.
Dr Wiesel also in the past has lectured at numerous venues including conferences, study clubs and laboratory practicals.
